Thomas was never pushy, but did come to our first meeting very well prepared to show us not only what our property was worth on the open market, but also what he and his team would do to market. Before listing, Tom help us by giving contacts who could do what we needed. When we felt we were ready, Thomas took the listing and had the video and pictures done the next day. The following day our property was on the MLS. He and his team were great and we were extremely please with the result.
