I am a first home buyer and didn't have the required knowledge about real estate purchase. When I first met Thomas, he offered to conduct a detailed presentation about the new purchase process. From the first presentation Thomas conducted to me, I was able to better understand this process. This was followed by continuous, prompt and thorough support from Thomas and Malvina during the search for my first home. I was guided and provided with the required info and advice until I am able to make my decision. I was able to finalize the purchase agreement in about two months. I bought my condo a few years ago with Thomas and now that it is time to sell I decided the beast person to sell it would be him.
