I bought my condo a few years ago with Thomas and now that it is time to sell I decided the beast person to sell it would be him. Due to logistics I needed his help with a lot of extra things and him and his assistant were there and always got back to me in a timely manner. The condo sold-got a good price for it and considering all that is going on right now Thomas has been able to make this process as smooth as possible. My experience with the team has been amazing . I’d like to Thank Jenny and Matthew . Jenny first helped me get my first rental property , she was not only helpful but very quick and responsive. She works hard and you can tell that she really wants to help you and get you things in your best interest . She later connected me to Matthew who helped me with my first property , he was very resourceful and gave good advices . He also helped me understand how the Realestate works here in Ontario using a presentation, which was really helpful especially to someone like me who is new here .
